Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Cyclenetix Labs, Inc.("Cyclenetix Labs", "we", "us") provides the Cyclenetix Secure endpoint monitoring and management platform to businesses and IT service providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information you provide, such as name, business email, company and role.
  • Device telemetry reported by our agent for the endpoints you choose to manage — hardware details, installed software, health metrics, connectivity status and event logs.
  • Session and usage logs, including remote session records, executed commands, patch actions and audit events generated when you use the platform.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and access timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to deliver and secure the service: presenting your fleet in your console, sending alerts, providing support, maintaining audit trails, and improving reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage & Security

All traffic between managed endpoints and our cloud is encrypted using modern TLS, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted by role-based permissions and protected by multi-factor authentication. We retain operational data while your account is active and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after account closure.

4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with sub-processors that help us operate the service (for example, cloud hosting), under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security, or where required by law.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
